We know that no living creature can be completely free from health challenges, but we are committed to supporting both you and your new puppy with a Health Warranty designed to give you confidence and peace of mind as your little one settles into their forever home.

Our Health Warranty

Part 1 — Health at the Time of Arrival

All our puppies leave our home healthy, properly cared for, and free from contagious illnesses. To ensure your peace of mind, we require that your new puppy be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 96 hours of arrival.

If your veterinarian finds a serious illness or condition that was present before the puppy left our care:

  • You may return the puppy for a full refund of the purchase price

  • A written statement from your veterinarian is required

  • We will cover the return shipping costs of the puppy

Please note:

  • Veterinary exam or treatment fees are not refundable

  • Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable

  • The 96-hour time frame is firm (weekends and holidays are not exceptions)

Part 2 — Protection Against Genetic Conditions

We stand behind the long-term health of our puppies. If your puppy is diagnosed with a serious congenital or genetic condition before the age of 2 years, we will provide a replacement puppy from the next available litter.

Conditions Covered:

  • Serious or life-threatening heart defects

  • Severe hereditary neurological disorders

  • Any congenital condition that significantly affects quality of life or longevity

Not Covered:

  • Mild or insignificant heart murmurs

  • Allergies or conditions that do not impact the puppy’s overall quality of life

We may request a second veterinary opinion, which we will pay for, to confirm the diagnosis. Our goal is always to work with you fairly, compassionately, and transparently.
